There goes the Blade Sequel a judge has sentenced actor Wesley Snipes to 3 years in a federal penitentiary for tax evasion. and fined up to $5 million Thursday. It was the maximum sentence possible under federal sentencing guidelines. He didn't have to turn himself in immediately. The judge ruled he could surrender at a later date.
“The law is very clear: People must pay their taxes,” Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman said. “There is no secret formula that eliminates a person’s tax obligations.”
Lesson to all If we have to pay our taxes "Nino Brown" aka Wesley Snipes has to pay his. I don't feel sorry for him either he had all that money and was to selfish and greedy to do something as simple as give Uncle Sam his cut.
