It was announced over the summer that Rihanna would be joining “The Voice,” and now it’s finally happening. The first teaser has hit the net and it’s full of laughs, sass, and lots of bad gal moments. The clip opens with Rihanna spinning in the famous red chair for the first time and pushing the button as Pharrell yells, “Action!” But he’s not the only one excited to see RiRi. Gwen Stefani can barely contain her excitement, clapping and dancing as she says her name. Blake Shelton gives her a high five and sings her praises (“You’re so good at this”). The contestants also can’t get enough of the superstar, giving her hug after hug. She swoons over one contestant, calling him “sexy” and gives another contestant some styling tips for his hair.
And the platinum superstar has plenty of advice to dish along the way. “Fantasize about the perfect man ’cause it’s a fantasy,” she tells one singer. “It’s not real. It’s like perfection.”
“I think I’m a natural,” says RiRi.

If you can't watch mommy on-stage, there's always the one and only Janet Jackson! Friday night turned into date night for Beyoncé and Blue Ivy Carter as they traveled to The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., to support Janet's Unbreakable World Tour. After fans caught the pair dancing and singing along in their seats during the show, the "Crazy in Love" crooner and her daughter headed backstage to meet some of the talented, young dancers making the show unforgettable.
Dancer Taylor Hatala shared a photo of Queen B and Blue in matching white Converse before it was time to call it a night. "So grateful I got the chance to meet @Beyonce and her beautiful daughter Blue Ivy at #unbreakableLA #Jbaby #Jlittle," she wrote on social media. "LA you were unbelievable last night!"
Beyoncé wasn't the only A-list star who had to catch a glimpse of Janet's highly anticipated tour.
Channing Tatum tagged along with Jenna Dewan-Tatum and her girlfriends for the concert. In fact, the Magic Mike hunk couldn't help but sing a few favorites before arriving at the venue.
"JANET. RIGHT NOW. PRE PARTY," she wrote on Twitter as her husband did a dubsmash to the hit song "Escapade." "LETS GOOOOOOOO @echriqui @channingtatum @espinosa22 @JanetJackson."
Finally, some of Janet's closest family members were on-hand to support the singer. Before showtime, sister La Toya Jackson revealed parents Joe Jackson and Katherine Jackson were both attending Friday night's show.
As you likely could have guessed, they were all so very proud.

Are they forgetting, this was a scripted show? This was not a reality show! Look what Ebony magazine did to TV’s iconic Huxtable family. Ebony is so wrong for this. Don’t smear TV’s favorite family with Bill Cosby’s real life issues. Is nothing sacred anymore? The disrespectful cover didn’t sit well with the show’s loyal fans. Many of them took to social media to criticize Ebony for exploiting the Huxtables to sell magazines.

Following the likes of 50 cents, Sean “Puff Daddy Combs” is now venturing into scripted programming, due to him producing a new comedy on ABC entitled, “The Hustle”. He is currently teaming up with ABC to produce a comedy based on his assistant’s life.
It chronicles the real life events of Diddy’s right hand woman, as she lands a job working as an assistant to a street-educated billionaire , where she is immersed into the life of lavishness, adventure, and extravagance. This is Diddy’s first attempt at scripted television. If the show moves forward, viewers will get a feel for the fish-out-of-water experience of an unassuming girl thrown into a superstar world of fast-paced decadence.
Sarah Snedeker inspires The Hustle
And, talk about moving up the ranks! Diddy’s assistant-turned-Revolt Films exec, Sarah Snedeker, will serve as producer and consultant on the comedy. It’s always nice when a powerhouse promotes from within and shows appreciation for those who work so hard for him.
Diddy will serve as executive producer of The Hustle along with writer/director Jeremy Garelick (The Wedding Ringer, The Break-Up), and Stacey Harman (ABC’s The Goldbergs). Garelick and Harman will co-pen the pilot script and Garelick will also direct if the project moves to pilot.

The cast is set for NBC’s ambitious live reproduction of the urban remake of the classic Wizard of Oz musical.
Yesterday, NBC released art for The Wiz featuring lead cast members Shanice Williams (Dorothy), David Alan Grier (the Cowardly Lion), Ne-Yo (the Tin Man) and Elijah Kelley (the Scarecrow).
Queen Latifah plays the Wiz — a role traditionally played by men. Others cast in key roles include R&B singer Mary J. Blige (Evillene, the Wicked Witch of the West); Uzo Aduba as Glinda, the Good Witch; Amber Riley as Addapearle; Stephanie Mills as Auntie Em; and rapper Common as the Bouncer.
As a teenager Mills, 58, played Dorothy in the long-running Broadway stage play The Wiz. The Wiz airs on NBC on Dec. 3.
Prayers are needed for former NBA player,Lamar Odom, Lamar Odom is fighting for his life after falling into unconsciousness at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada. Sources at the Love Ranch say... 35-year-old Odom arrived at the Ranch Saturday and was partying with the girls for days. A source at the Ranch said Lamar was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra. The media spoke with Hof ... who states Tuesday afternoon, a woman went into Odom's room in the VIP suites and found him unconscious.
We're told the woman began screaming for the manager -- who called 911. The manager rolled Lamar over on his side and saw "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth." The Nye County Sheriff's Department said he was then taken by another ambulance to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas because he was too tall at 6'10" to be airlifted. Odom's ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, right, is said to be 'inconsolable' and has rushed to his bedside along with her sister Kim Kardashian West , and mother Kris Jenner. His ex-team mate at the LA Lakers Kobe Bryant was also seen arriving at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, left, to visit Odom who is in a coma and is also suffering problems with his liver and kidneys.
The troubled star's NBA career has deteriorated over the past few years and his use of hardcore recreational drugs was blamed for the collapse of his marriage to Khloe. Odom has two children from a previous relationship with Liza Morales; Destiny, 17, and 13-year-old An ambulance took Lamar to Pahrump hospital, where doctors intubated him ... an indication he could not breathe on his own. We're told Lamar had been partying at the ranch by himself -- with no friends or entourage. The NBA star's personal trainer also spoke outside the hospital, saying Odom must have suffered a 'momentary lapse' Odom's father Joe has reportedly said he believes that his son had been drugged and was recently depressed. Janet Jackson is no stranger to No. 1 debuts—she’s had seven of them. The latest comes this week with her new album Unbreakable.
The pop icon’s first album in seven years debuts atop the Billboard 200 with 116,000 equivalent album units (109,000 in pure album sales) in its first week, according to Billboard. It’s her first No. 1 since 2008’s Discipline, and makes Jackson third on the all-time list for most No. 1 debuts by a female artist, after Barbra Streisand (with 10) and Madonna (eight).
Jackson’s previous chart-toppers include All For You (2001), The Velvet Rope (1997), janet. (1993), Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation 1814 (1989), and Control (1986).
Elsewhere on the list, The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness jumps 5-2, selling 73,000 units. Drake and Future’s collaborative mixtape What a Time to Be Alive falls 2-3 with 65,000, while Fetty Wap slides to No. 4 in his second week with 64,000 albums sold. Congrats are in order for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen. The superstar couple is expecting their first child. Teigen shared the happy news on Instagram, along with a photo of her husband touching her pregnant belly. “John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant,” she said. “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Teigen has been candid about her struggles with getting pregnant. “John and I were having trouble,” she said during an interview on her daytime talk show “FABlife.” “We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened. But, my gosh, it’s been a process.”
While they prepare for their new addition, the parents-to-be are developing a romantic comedy for ABC called “Ordinary People,” which is based loosely on their relationship.
Kanye West is going to Hollywood. Yeezus himself made a surprise appearance during auditions for the final season of “American Idol” on Saturday. While in San Francisco for a Democratic National Committee fundraiser, ‘Ye surprised judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick, Jr. and Keith Urban, who were holding auditions for the show. “Is that Kanye West?” said a shocked J.Lo as the rapper entered the room.
He went on to impress the judges by performing “Gold Digger,” complete with the lyrics, “My psychic told me she’ll have an ass like Serena, Trina, Jennifer Lopez,” and J.Lo sang right along.

Earlier in the day, Kanye performed a nearly hour-long set in front of President Obama at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee at The Warfield. While there, he presented Obama with a couple pairs of Yeezy Boosts, and in return, Obama gave him some pointers for his 2020 White House run.
“But in case Kanye’s serious about this whole POTUS thing, or as he calls it, Peezy, I do have advice for him,” said Obama. “First of all, you gotta spend a lot of time with some strange characters who behave like they’re on a reality TV show.”
He added, “Do you really think that this country’s going to elect a black guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be President of the United States? That’s cray!”
Hmmm...did she get lighter too? Or is this just a good filter? Aside from delivering high quality television content, Scandal and How To Get Away With Murder creator SHONDA RHIMES has been excelling in her personal life. RHIMES recently revealed that she’s lost over 100 pounds.
While chatting with Extra, RHIMES explained, “I just decided I was gonna get it together and get healthy; I have some little kids and I want to be around for them.”
The doting mother of two went on, “Once I decided it wasn’t gonna be fun, like, I lowered my expectations; it got kind of easier.” Crediting her drastic weight diet modifications and exercise, the Shondaland creator continued, “I changed everything I ate — and I hated all of that — and then I hate exercising and I did that, too, and I hated it the whole time.”
Not straying away from her favorite meals, SHONDA RHIMES concluded, “I try to make it much less and smaller portions, but you change what your palate wants. I’m suddenly craving fish and salad.”

Actress Gabrielle Union is ready to spread her wings and has signed on to star in and executive produce the seasonal flick A Meyers Christmas. The upcoming Universal production will center on a divided family brought together over the Christmas holiday by the passing of their matriarch. Baggage Claim writer-director David E. Talbert will helm the production, while Will Packer and Gabrielle handle things on the distribution end. Gabby and Will previously worked together on the Lifetime flick With this Ring, which starred Jill Scott, Eve and Regina Hall.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, A Meyers Christmas (which was initially titled A Meyers Thanksgiving) will center around an estranged family who is brought together over Christmas for the first time since their mother passed away. This is a far cry from Gabby’s last holiday film, 2007’s The Perfect Holiday.
The film will be shot on location in Atlanta, Georgia, with production set to kick off in January. Outside of Gabrielle no other casting decisions have been announced. The film is set for release in November 2016. In the meantime you can catch Gabby in the third season of Being Mary Jane which kicks off on October 20 via BET.

I honestly think how much fun it would be to live my reputation. People have this image of how wild and crazy I am, and I’m not everything they think of me. The reality is that the fame, the rumors—this picture means this, another picture means that—it really freaks me out. It made me back away from even wanting to attempt to date. It’s become second nature for me to just close that door and just be O.K. with that. I’m always concerned about whether people have good or bad intentions.
Her relationship With Matt Kemp:
We were still dating … we were just three months in and I liked his vibe, he was a good guy, and then paparazzi got us on vacation in Mexico. He handled it well; I didn’t. I got so uncomfortable because now what? He’s not even able to be seen with [another] girl, because I’m dragged back into headlines that say he’s cheating on me, and I don’t even [really] know this guy. Some men being afraid to be men:
I hope for the best, and I always look for that little bit of good, that potential, and I wait for it to blossom. You want them to feel good being a man, but now men are afraid to be men. They think being a real man is actually being a p-ssy, that if you take a chair out for a lady, or you’re nice or even affectionate to your girl in front of your boys, you’re less of a man. It’s so sick. They won’t be a gentleman because that makes them appear soft. That’s what we’re dealing with now, a hundred percent, and girls are settling for that, but I won’t. I will wait forever if I have to … but that’s O.K. You have to be screwed over enough times to know, but now I’m hoping for more than these guys can actually give.
Why she’s abstaining sexually:
That’s why I haven’t been having sex or even really seeing anybody, because I don’t want to wake up the next day feeling guilty. I mean I get horny, I’m human, I’m a woman, I want to have sex. But what am I going to do—just find the first random cute dude that I think is going to be a great ride for the night and then tomorrow I wake up feeling empty and hollow? He has a great story and I’m like … what am I doing? I can’t do it to myself. I cannot. It has a little bit to do with fame and a lot to do with the woman that I am. And that saves me.
If she’s lonely:
It is lonely. but I have so much work to do that I get distracted. I don’t have time to be lonely. And I get fearful of relationships because I feel guilty about wanting someone to be completely faithful and loyal, when I can’t even give them 10 percent of the attention that they need. It’s just the reality of my time, my life, my schedule.
Will Smith took the world by surprise last week when he returned to rap on a remix to Bomba Estéreo’s Colombian electronic hit “Fiesta.” In a new interview with Beats 1, he revealed that he’s got quite a bit more up his sleeve.
“I’m pretty much poppin’ in the studio everyday and I’m looking for artists to collaborate with,” Smith told Zane Lowe. “I’ve probably recorded 30 songs. I have six or seven that I really like.”
Getting back into the studio hasn’t been entirely easy for the iconic rapper-actor. “I have so many things I wanted to say,” he noted, when asked about the challenges he faced while recording new music. “I’m struggling with saying them in a way that fit the flavor of music that I tend to like.”
Time to get jiggy wit it! Will Smith is "pretty certain" that he'll be heading out on tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff in summer 2016. The Bad Boys 3 star announced on Oct.5.
"Jeff and I actually have never done a full tour. I was always on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air or making a movie," Smith, 47, said. "I’m looking this summer to be the first time we go out on a full world tour."
He added: "I'm terrified."
