HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIHANNA ...SAYS CHRIS BROWN HERE'S THE TWEETS & HER REPLY...PLUS THERE NEW SONGS!

Right around midnight last night, Brown took to his Twitter to write "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!" -- Robyn Fenty being Rihanna's real name.

Finally some concrete proof that Chris Brown and Rihanna are communicating again: He wished her a Happy Birthday on Twitter!

It wasn't long after that the birthday girl, who was physically assaulted by Chris in 2009, responded "Thanks!" and re-tweeted the message.

While Chris attended the singer's b-day bash last week, there was no evidence of them partying together because his people slapped anyone holding a camera with a confidentiality agreement.

The birthday message comes as rumors continue to swirl about the two collaborating on a remix for one of their new singles ... though neither has confirmed the story yet.

Rihanna’s next single, “Birthday Cake,” is in jeopardy due to the controversy surrounding Chris Brown’s feature on the track.The much talked about “Birthday Cake” remix is the full length version of the interlude off Rihanna’s gold album, Talk That Talk.

Let's face it these two dysfunctional people really want to be together and are easing into it.

X-FACTOR: JANET JACKSON IN TALKS TO JUDGE

Honestly who cares who the judge this show, especially since its American Idol 2.0. After a so-so rated first season, the Fox singing competition dropped Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger as judges.

The shake-up didn't end there, as Steve Jones was axed as host. L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell will return as judges as the search to fill out the rest of the panel continues.

Janet Jackson is the latest pop music star rumored to be in talks to join "The X Factor." According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jackson has expressed interest in joining the show, but the talks are in the preliminary stages.

On an upcoming episode of Anderson Cooper's daytime talk show, Cooper asks Jackson if she is currently a part of "The X Factor" judging panel. The singer sidesteps the question, saying, "No, I am not. But that’s all I really think I should say."

Cowell is reportedly taking meetings with potential judges in late February as the show ramps up for Season 2 production. Do you think Janet would make a good judge?

Wearing trademark tiaras and wearing fluffy yellow, pink and orange skirts, the girls bring it hard during this song! Sophia Grace belts out lyrics until she's red in the face, while Lil cousin Rose shows off her dance moves. SO CUTE!

Kelly paid tribute to Whitney Houston while performing with a living legend. The R&B diva dripped in a beautiful gold gown graced the stage at Muhammad Ali’s 70th birthday celebration over the weekend with a cover of Whitney Houston’s 1986 classic “The Greatest Love of All,” accompanied by Stevie Wonder on piano.

Kelly...“I remember the first time I met her, she was just such an angel and so supportive and had great words of encouragement to say about the music industry,” she said. “To meet such an icon and a legend like her, you’re just like, ‘I was in her presence.’”

Keyshia Cole has been low key since having a baby and marrying Cleveland Cavilers player Daniel "Boobie" Gibson. But over the weekend Momma Cole's was spotted shopping in LA with her adorable son.

The devoted wife and mother recently revealed that she has recorded a duet with Ashanti for her fifth album Woman to Woman and is in the process of selecting the first single.

“Picked 4 singles today! Mixing on Monday! We also picked a network for the reality show #FamilyFirst!!! Excited,” tweeted Cole.

Shopping with her son DJ Gibson on Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood. The stylish mother and child (check out DJ’s Gucci boots) got caught by the paparazzi while perusing the trendy shops.
