ROMANTIC? VANESSA WILLIAMS MARRIES HER 3RD HUSBAND ON THE 4TH OF JULY

Former Miss America Vanessa Williams tied the knot with her third husband, former accountant Jim Skrip on the 4th of July. Williams, 52, previously divorced public relations consultant Ramon Hervey and former Los Angeles Laker Rick Fox.

She has three children with Hervey, Vanessa's oldest daughters Jillian and Melanie and son Devin and a 15 year old daughter Sasha with Fox.

The actress and singer confirmed the news to People magazine. The mag reports:

The actress tied the knot Saturday with fiancé Jim Skrip in front of their family and friends, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

The couple, who got engaged last fall, got married in Buffalo, NY. And before the big day, Vanessa dropped this little nugget about finding love again:

"You never know what you'll find and where you'll find it," she said. "I was on vacation with my daughter going to Egypt, cruising on the Nile. I wasn't looking for anything. I'd been alone for a number of years and divorced for 10 years at that time."
