Floyd Mayweather just got knocked out by a Nevada judge ... who scoffed at the boxer's claim he is withering away in jail ... essentially ruling Mayweather is acting like a baby. 

Floyd had begged the court to let him finish out his sentence for domestic violence on house arrest ... because he's dehydrated and malnourished and it's taking a toll on his body and putting his boxing career in jeopardy. 

But moments ago, a judge DENIED Mayweather's request -- ordering him to serve out the remainder of his 3-month sentence behind bars. 

According to court docs obtained by the judge called B.S. on Mayweather's claim that he's dehydrated behind bars -- saying the boxer's condition is "self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day."

As for Floyd's gripe that he's only consuming a fraction of the calories he needs -- the judge says it's because "[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided."

The judge also balked at Floyd's complaint that he can't train at a world class level while serving his time -- saying, "While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses."

Don't worry big baby bully your B.F.F. 50 cent will hold it down until you get out! 

R. KELLY "I BELIEVE I DON'T HAVE TO PAY TAXES"

What's wrong with these celebrities that they think they can make money and not pay a dime in taxes.  Obviously he's still trapped in the closet owing 4.8 million dollars, you have to be kidding us! 

According to documents filed by the IRS who are not "happy people" right now, Kelly owes money on his taxes going way back to 2005. It breaks down like this ...

KHLOE KARDASHIAN WANTS A BABY..STARTS FERTILITY TREATMENT

For the couple that has it all, one thing money can't really buy is the need for science to work. With Kayne letting the world know he wast Kim Kardashian to carry his baby, once again the pressure is on for Khloe.

  Khloe Kardashian wants a baby bad, and snitches are saying she's undergoing fertility treatment. Sources connected with Khloe and Lamar Odom tell TMZ ... they have tried in vain for months to get pregnant.  So Khloe went to ART Reproductive Center in Bev Hills Monday ... to start the process.  

With Kim Kardashian by her side for moral support, Khloe gave up some blood so the docs could evaluate her hormone levels.  She's waiting for the results, and will then get a stylized treatment program.


Our sources say fertility treatment has been a long time coming -- they were going to start the process while living in Dallas, but distractions with Lamar's BB career put everything on ice.

KOBE DIVORCE IS OFF ..TRYING TO RECONCILE

Ugh..checkmate Vanessa, the longer you stay the bigger the payout...You Go Girl! or does True gold digging love lives?  Vanessa Bryant will NOT sign documents to make her divorce final ... at least for now ... because TMZ has learned, she and Kobe are working on a full reconciliation.


Kobe and Vanessa are trying to work out the issues that caused her to file for divorce back in December. They spend a lot of time together but he has not officially moved back in with her.  

Under California law, Vanessa has to wait 6 months before she can file final docs making the divorce official. The 6-month mark hits this weekend, so Vanessa could end the marriage as early as Monday ... but we know she won't.

Now here's the deal. We're told Kobe and Vanessa have had their ups and downs since she filed for divorce ... and there's nothing stopping her from filing final divorce papers at some point in the future if things don't work out.


One more thing. If Kobe and Vanessa end up living together ... it will be in one of her 3 mansions, because he signed over all the deeds to her while they were working out divorce details. Talk about a vantage point...to be continued!

VIDEO LOVE & HIP HOP ATLANTA SUPER TRAILER

Another ghetto soap opera is gearing to launch next week, and viewing how Ghetto the trailer is they only got us for 1 episode at best. VH1 released the full supertrailer for ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ and by the looks of things the drama has moved from NYC to the ATL with a whole new set of random faces to keep up with. Check out all the drama below…


The well-produced supertrailer, looks more like a made for TV movie than a reality show teaser as it follows the lives of established artists like Lil Scrappy and rapper Rasheeda along with up and coming artists like Joseline, a Latina rapper (sound familiar? *cough*SomayaReece*), Jive record signee K Michelle, and Karlie Redd.


The show will run for 10 episodes and will showcase Scrappy and his girlfriend Erica Dixon’s relationship and fidelity troubles. There’s also producer Stevie J (who worked with Diddy, Jay-Z, Mariah Carey) and his longtime girlfriend Mimi who are having issues because Mimi thinks that Stevie J is sleeping with his artist Joseline.  Peep the drama below does look interesting, from a blowing weed point of view:

Kim's BFF Jonathan Cheban couldn't help but comment on the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star's splurge, tweeting, "Can't wait for my birthday!," retweeting a story about the car while he was at it.

Scott Disick also got in on the fun, tweeting to Cheban, "I'm sure u will get a nice ecard."

Meanwhile, Kim continued to help Kanye celebrate his 35th birthday Friday, showing up for the Dublin, Ireland leg of Kanye's "Watch the Throne" tour with Jay-Z.

KELLY ROWLAND VEGAS MAGAZINE COVER LAUNCH PARTY

Divalicious..Kelly Rowland sizzled in Sin City at the 9th anniversary party for Vegas magazine at The Cosmopolitan on Saturday. Looking gorgeous in green, the R&B diva celebrated her cover with her friend La La Anthony and performed for the crowd (see photos from the issue).

In the issue, Kelly recalled performing her first Vegas show with Destiny’s Child at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino when she was 18. “There was just an energy of being there, and I remember thinking, I can’t wait till I’m older!” she said. “The whole atmosphere was really fun.”

Kelly has been in the studio working on her fourth solo album, which she is dedicating to her fellow females. “I’m making this album for my ladies, oh, yes, and it is strong,” she shared.

“All of the producers I’ve been working with get the concept so much that they brought in a little more aggressive—and sometimes masculine—approach, but there is a really incredible top line: I want to tell women how incredible we are, how our intuition is so spot-on. Sometimes we don’t listen to it, but it is the thing that can actually make us happier.”
