BEYONCE SHARES HER INTENSE WORK OUT ROUTINE

She works hard for that bod! Beyonce shared an Instagram video of herself working out on Wednesday, Feb. 25, proving she works hard for her famous figure.

The singer celebrated Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign's fifth anniversary by sharing some of her workout secrets on social media.

Beyonce is seen doing standing oblique crunches, lunges, jump squats and shadow boxing (while holding weights) all set to Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger.”

"Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move!#GimmeFive @michelleobama," Bey captioned her video.

And the First Lady gave her stamp of approval (and a double tap) on the singer's workout.

"Double tap if you're ready to work out with @Beyonce! #GimmeFive of your workout drills (or you'll disappoint the Beygency)," she wrote, regramming Beyonce's video.

STOLEN LUPITA NYONG'O $150,000 PEARL OSCAR GOWN

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o turned heads in a creamy halter top Calvin Klein gown festooned with pearls at the 2015 Academy Awards on Sunday.

Most stars who attend A-list events are usually dressed by top designers who want their unique, one-off pieces back after the event is over — usually within 48 hours.
But when the gown’s designer, Francisco Coast, got a call from Lupita’s people she thought they were notifying her that the gown would soon be delivered. Instead, Coast learned that the $150,000 gown covered in 6,000 natural pearls was stolen from Lupita’s room at the posh London Hotel on Tuesday.

“We got a call at about 11:30 last night from someone at the London Hotel about a high value dress that was stolen from a hotel room,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Officer John Mitchell told The NY daily News.
To complicate matters further, Lupita couldn’t file a police report because the gown didn’t belong to her. Calvin Klein had to file a report himself.
“It was so much fun to create this dress,” Coast told Yahoo Style. “We talked about it being fluid and liquid. I wanted it to be an homage to the sea.”
The police said it would be difficult to track down a suspect because so many people had access to Lupita’s room — stylists, friends, managers, makeup artists, hangers-ons, hotel maids, etc.

Gossip tabloid TMZ reports police are reviewing hotel surveillance video from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. when Lupita wasn’t in her room.

USHER CONFIRMS ENGAGEMENT

Usher Raymond confirmed his engagement to longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel, while congratulating musician Kanye West on his marriage to socialite Kim Kardashian.
While accepting his BET Honors award on Monday, Usher said to Miguel, “My friend/partner/manager and fiancé Grace Miguel. See, marriage makes a difference whether you guys know it or not. I don’t know if my story would be the best one, but listening to Kanye tonight, man, marriage is good for you sir.”

I’m not sure if Usher jab at his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, was intentional or not. Tameka has said she has no plans to give up Usher’s last name after he remarries.

As she explained to blogs recently, changing her last name would only complicate matters for her sons at school. Plus the fact that she would have to change her name on her passport, driver’s license and other important papers.

SEE HOW THEY RUN IT! CHRIS BROWN DENIED ENTRY TO CANADA, TOUR DATES CANCELED

Chris Brown’s tour has hit another snag. The R&B singer was denied entry to Canada, forcing him to cancel two dates on his “Between the Sheets Tour” with Trey Songz and Tyga.

His sold-out shows at Montreal’s Bell Centre tonight and Toronto’s Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night have been affected as a result.

Breezy took to Twitter to share the disappointing news with his fans. “The good people of the Canadian government wouldn’t allow me entry. I’ll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!” he tweeted before deleting his tweets. “Unfortunately I will not be able to perform in front of sold out crowds in Montreal & Toronto.”

Live Nation told CBC News that the two Canadian shows had been canceled “due to immigration issues.”
His tourmate Trey Songz, who was already in Canada for the tour, expressed his frustration over the cancelation.
Trey Songz tweeting...Frustration. In Montreal with nothing to do. Bullshit...
Prior to the Canadian dates, the tour was delayed by two weeks after a judge revoked Chris’ probation due to unapproved travel and failure to complete his 1000 hours of community service on time.

In 2010, he was denied entry into the U.K. and was forced to pull the plug on his European tour.

The “Between the Sheets Tour” is currently scheduled to resume on Feb. 27 at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill.

BOBBY BROWN BANS NICK GORDON FROM THE HOSPITAL...HE PLEADS HIS CASE ON TWITTER

Over the weekend Nick Gordon ranted on social media about not being allowed to visit Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital where she is being kept in a medically induced coma since being found facedown in her bathtub three weeks ago.
Last week Bobby Brown responded to Gordon’s statement’s through his lawyer, saying Gordon refused to abide by certain terms and conditions before he would be allowed to see Brown.
According to other sources, one of those terms was for Gordon to explain to Bobby how Bobbi Kristina drowned — which Gordon refused to answer.

Brown’s condition has not changed. Despite Gordon’s insistence that Brown will wake up if he is allowed to see her — she is brain dead and will not be waking up. Additionally, she was not taken off of life support and her breathing tube was not removed, as CNN has inaccurately reported.
Bobbi Kristina’s breathing tube was removed from her mouth and inserted into a permanent tracheostomy (a hole) in her neck, a surgical procedure that is performed when brain dead patients will be on a ventilator longterm.
Bobby Brown's lawyer, Chris Brown, says Gordon has refused to cooperate by coming clean with the events that led to the medical emergency and there's no reason to talk to him anymore about giving him a hospital visit.
Brown says, "It appears that Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself."

COMMON AND JOHN LEGEND WIN OSCAR FOR ‘GLORY’

It was a glorious moment for Common and John Legend at the 87th Annual Academy Awards. The Chicago rapper and R&B crooner won the Oscar for Original Song at Sunday’s ceremony.

Their song “Glory” from the civil rights movie Selma beat out fellow nominees “Everything Is Awesome” from The Lego Movie, “Grateful” from Beyond the Lights, “I’m Not Gonna Miss You” from Glen Campbell…I’ll Be Me, and “Lost Stars” from Begin Again.

They delivered a powerful acceptance speech. “This transcends race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and social status,” said Common, while John added, “Selma is now, because the struggle for justice is right now.”
