NE NE LEAKES MISSES REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA GIRL TRIP TO THE PHILIPPINES DUE TO?

No worries were sure Kenya Moore will make sure those episodes of the girl trip will be full of spice and mess.  Queen of the housewives NeNe Leakes had to make a choice, which was ultimately simple -- "Real Housewives" or her life.

Our NeNe sources tell us ... she just canceled a flight to the Philippines for a RHOA shoot because of her recurring problem with blood clots that form around her lungs ... the same condition that landed her in the hospital last November.

Flying long distances is potentially fatal for people with a propensity to develop blood clots ... and the 20-hour flight from Atlanta to the Philippines was just too risky.

The rest of the cast is already there filming. She's still part of the cast, but won't be on this particular episode.

Leaving their differences back in Atlanta, Claudia Jordan, Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and Demetria McKinney braved a 20-hour plane ride to the Philippines, and it looks as though they’re managing to actually enjoy one another’s company on the trip.

While NeNe Leakes sat this one out, the girls seemed to muster up plenty of camaraderie without her, posting the same group shot to a number of their Instagram accounts.

Too bad ... the only other person in the Philippines with that kind of heat is Imelda Marcos ... and she's way old ... fact is, we thought she was dead. So we asked will her present be missed?
