QUEEN LATIFAH PRODUCED SHOW SINGLE LADIES CANCELED

Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit is currently airing the third season and VH1 has pulled the plug on a once well received nod to prime time TV.  Interesting enough we forgot it was still airing and apparently you did to.
It seems that though “Single Ladies” was off to a good start in its first season, when the shakeup occurred between Stacy Dash and cast, resulting in her ousting from the show it was pretty much a wrap.
"We've been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies," VH1 said. "Although we've decided not to move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives and producers as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show's fans for their support since the premiere in 2011."

Single Ladies was once an movie idea, and became VH1's first 60 minute scripted series.  The March 24 season finale will serve as the series finale.
