LA LA & KELLY ROWLAND CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF HER NEW BOOK LOVE PLAYBOOK

La La Anthony hit the stage with B. F. F. Kellly Rowland  at her  book signing and discussion of her new book, ‘The Love Playbook’ at Barnes & Noble book store in NYC on Tuesday. La La’s book landed in Barnes & Noble top 100 bestsellers list — an outstanding literary achievement for a new author. 

In La La's new book, 'The Love Playbook,' she also attempts to clarify the trash-talking feud between Carmelo and former Celtics star KG that led to an altercation — purportedly about crude comments Garnett made about La La — following a game last season.

“I wasn’t ever going to bring up the Honey Nut Cheerios incident again. But since I’m writing this book, I might as well set the record straight for good,” La La writes in the book, which was released Tuesday. “Kevin Garnett in fact had never said that I tasted like Honey Nut Cheerios.

 “. . . Melo and Kevin are cool today. And now it’s nothing but a faint memory.

La La also says, women know we have all the power at the end of the day,” La La explained. “But it’s about knowing how to use that power and really creating a happy life for yourself, for your household, for your mate. That’s what it’s about.” La La cites her own life experiences–both good and bad–as inspiration for the book, and is preaching the importance of being yourself in a relationship.
