VIDEO: DIDDY TAKES THE STAGE AT THE COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS & PLANS TO REMAKE "KING OF NEW YORK"

Secret's out! Kellie Pickler and Sean Combs speak onstage during the 47th annual CMA awards at the Bridgestone Arena... where Diddy revealed himself to be a country fan
Diddy took to the stage at the event with country star Kellie Pickley and said he was 'coming out' as a fan, adding: 'I love me some country music, baby'.

Wearing a cool black leather suit and skinny tie however, he certainly didn't look like one.
It seems as though Diddy has been looking to take his career in a new direction lately.
Just last month the star set his sights on a Hollywood career as it was revealed he is planning to produce and star in a remake of cult 1990 gangster movie, King of New York.
The 43-year-old star - real name Sean Combs - has joined forces with Oscar-winning director and producer Brian Grazer for a fresh take on Abel Ferrara's film, which starred Christopher Walken, Laurence Fishburne and Wesley Snipes.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: 'Sean optioned the rights to remake 'King of New York' for two years. The film is a cult classic, and it will be great to remake it. Our version won't be exactly the same, but will have the same hard-core gangster feel.
