ALICIA KEYS 10th ANNUAL KEEP OF CHILD ALIVE BALL (RED CARPET PICS)

Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys with son Egypt Daoud Dean attend Keep A Child Alive’s 10th Annual Black Ball at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
The Keep a Child Alive Black Ball was truly a family affair for Alicia Keys, who adorably posed with husband Swizz Beatz and three-year-old son Egypt.

The 32-year-old singer looked ravishing in a crimson cut-out gown on the benefit's black carpet at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom. The 14-time Grammy winner's dress featured a plunging racer-back and long train, which accentuated her curvaceous figure.

The Fallin' hitmaker is currently promoting her new song Queen of the Field, which is on the 12 Years a Slave soundtrack.

And the indie drama she executive-produced - The Inevitable Defeat Of Mister And Pete - was well received and comes out on DVD early next year. Keys will next take her Set the World on Fire Tour to the Dubai Media Center Amphitheatre on November 15.

Black for the Black Ball: Presenter LaLa Anthony vamped it up in a sheer black lace Marchesa gown.
Glammed up: Padma Lakshmi also opted to wear black at the 10th annual Black Ball and her silk halter gown did not disappoint.

Not so typical teens: Bringing youthful energy to Alicia's event were Dancing with the Stars' Zendaya, 17.
