ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST...TRUE BLOOD STAR RUTINA WESLEY FOR DIVORCE FROM ACTOR HUSBAND

Another Hollywood marriage bites the dust, as "True Blood" star 34 Year old  Rutina Wesley is taking steps to end her union with actor Jacob Fishel ("Without a Trace"). 

TMZ reports that Wesley filed divorce papers on Tuesday (Aug. 20) to initiate the end of her 8-year marriage with Fishel, citing irreconcilable differences. With just a few credits on his resume, it's fair to say that Wesley has reached greater acting success than her husband, but she's reportedly requested that the judge reject any claim he may make for spousal support.

Wesley and Fishel met while the two were attending Julliard and made it official after they graduated in June, 2005. The two have no children together.  The True Blood actress, plays Tara Thornton on HBO's hit series.
