FIRST LOOK ANDRE 3000 AS JIMI HENDRIX FOR A NEW BIOPIC

The first leaked pictures from the set of unauthorized Jimi Hendrix biopic All Is By My Side show Outkast star Andre 3000 in costume as the rock legend.

Rapper Andre has had cameo roles in movies before, including Be Cool, Four Brothers and Semi-Pro, but this will be his first starring role. The movie, set during Hendrix's early years in London, does not have the blessing of Hendrix's family, though, and they have threatened to withhold permission for his music to be used in the soundtrack.

A rock biopic without rock music? Sounds like a recipe for a flop to us. Perhaps Andre can step in and save the day by busting out a rendition of Hey Ya' while dressed in his high heels, flares and Afro wig.
