Beyonce Spends Her 30th Birthday With Hubby Jay-Z In Venice Italy

Beyonce looks absolutely stunning as she celebrates her 30th B'day celebration on Sunday. Wearing her pregnant glow Bey and "Watch The Throne" rapper husband Jay-Z were photographed for the first time since the surprise announcement at the VMA's.

41 year old Papa Z held his wife hand as she walked down the stairs in her five inch heels, it will be time to give those up soon we suggest.  Beyonce wore a long flowing printed dress, while her wavy natural weaved locks flowed in the wind.  

The couple had dinner at "one of the city's most celebrated restaurants", according to foreign press reports.  Reports are saying that Beyonce is due February 2012.
