Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry Files for Joint Custody

With Halle being seen everywhere with her new Boo Olivier Martinez, Halle's ex-Gabriel Aubry wanted to make sure that daddy's little girl wont be calling anybody daddy but him.

Gabriel Aubry asked a court to recognize formally that he's the father of 2½-year-old Nahla and to establish that he'll share custody with ex-girlfriend Halle Berry.

Berry, 44, gave birth to Nahla in 2008 after dating Canadian model Aubry for about two years. The couple split last April.  Papers were filed on Dec 30 in a LA court.  Berry already had signed documents relating to the paternity of Nahla, whose last name is listed as Aubry

Aubry, 35, also seeks a court order establishing that he and Berry have joint physical and legal custody of their daughter.
