Kelly made a  SURPRISE appearance at The Shrine in Chicago and performs a few classics to the crowd including "Slow Dance (Hey Mr. DJ)", "Bump And Grind", and "partying with Sex Tape star was Rocsi host of 106 & Park.  As you can see  pictured below R.Kelly was up to his usual antics with a fan "spread eagle" all in his face.
