99 problems and Abercrombie is one.... the chain, which has sold a men's fragrance called Fierce since 2002, wants a court to order Knowles to abandon the plan. Abercrombie has held a trademark for the word "fierce" since 2003, according to the lawsuit it filed Tuesday.
The streets were listening and when Beyonce announced a new fragrance plan named after her alter-ego Sasha Fierce that set the executives singing "Since you like then you better put a trademark on it"
Knowles violates the teen clothing retailer's trademark. In a quick response Beyonce people issued a statement

Statement released late Wednesday, Coty said that neither the terms Fierce or Sasha Fierce will be used in Knowles' fragrance.
