Salma Hayek, who finally said "I do" over the weekend to her long-time, on-off-on fella, Billionaire/Baby Daddy- Francois-Henri Pinault. The 42-year-old beauty and Pinault were wed in a surprise civil ceremony on Valentine's Day at a government office in Paris. But we must make a mental note they did get married in Paris so I'm not sure how this "Civil Union" stuff will hold up in the states, but hey this is a start. The pair, who originally got engaged in March 2007, only to call it all off last summer, are the parents of adorable 17-month-old daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault.
