Usher's father passed away Friday at a hospital in Atlanta, the R&B singer's rep confirms to Usmagazine.
The cause of death was not reported by the Chattanooga Times Free Press, which broke the story. Usher mom has been divorced from Usher Raymond Sr. for many years. Usher and his dad did share a bond. His dad had been in and out of prison and was addicted to crack cocaine at one time. But he still was in Usher's life.
