BEYONCE LOSES HER LAST 5 POUNDS


 Beyonce is featured on the cover of the January 11, 2010 issue of US Weekly.  The article details super Bey's super diet. Beyonce trainer boast that Beyonce goes hard 5 days a week in her home gym with lots of cardio and squats to keep her bootylicious figure in shape for her husband Jay-z. Also Beyonce's diet consist of low-carb , low-alcohol intake.

 Beyonce wants her fans to know "there is no quick easy secrets to stay fit , it's a lot of sacrifice".
