BEING MARY JANE SEASON 4 "FIRST LOOK"

The highly-anticipated fourth season of Being Mary Jane will premiere Tuesday, January 10 at 9pm ET on BET. In anticipation of the premiere, BET Networks will be airing a marathon of seasons one through three of Being Mary Jane, beginning this Saturday (1/7) at 9am and ending on Sunday (1/8) at midnight.

In season four, when Kara (Lisa Vidal) helps her land a gig as correspondent on Great Day USA, a national morning news show in New York City, Mary Jane Paul makes the move to achieve her lifetime career goal of becoming a national lead anchor. At Great Day, Mary Jane meets her idol, veteran lead anchor Ronda Sales (Valarie Pettiford), and realizes that working closely with your heroes isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Things are further complicated when her old nemesis, Justin Talbot (Michael Ealy), appears as a new producer. Along with the new job and city, Mary Jane resolves to start fresh in every way possible, including her love life.

She quickly falls for Lee Truitt (Chiké Okonkwo), a successful stand-up comedian from the UK who tests Mary Jane’s preconceived notions about what (or who) she needs in her life. Back in Atlanta, the Patterson’s deal with the fallout from Niecy’s (Raven Goodwin) run-in with the police. With Mary Jane in New York, they grow closer as they realize their new roles within the family and do what they can to step up to the plate for one another.

BEYONCÉ & KENDRICK LAMAR TO HEADLINE COACHELLA

It’s official. Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar will headline this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, taking place in Indio, Calif. over the course of two weekends in April.

Confirmed today (Jan. 3), this year’s event is slated to feature another star-studded roster of artists for what’s sure to be one of 2017’s most talked-about events.

Opening things up on Friday (Apr. 14), the date will include sets from Travis Scott, Mac Miller, DJ Shadow, and more, as Radiohead will rock the night away as the first evening’s headliners.

Things will get royal on Saturday (Apr. 15) when Queen Bey graces the stage. Prior to Beyoncé’s arrival, fans will be treated to sets by Future, DJ Snake, ScHoolboy Q, Gucci Mane, Tory Lanez, and Majid Jordan, among others.

PLEASURE PRINCIPLE...JANET JACKSON GIVES BIRTH TO A BABY BOY AT 50!




Now she has it all...Janet Jackson has given birth to her first child.

The That's The Way Love Goes hitmaker and her husband Wissam Al Mana welcomed their son Eissa Al Mana into the world on Tuesday.


'Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world. Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably,' her representative told People magazine in a statement.
The 50-year-old star has kept out of the spotlight during her pregnancy but did take to social media in late November to insist she was 'doing well'.

Janet confirmed her pregnancy in October but had reportedly been plagued with bad morning sickness.

A source shared: 'Janet is super excited. She's doing great. Janet feels really strong and is just so excited for the baby to come. She feels like this is one of the best things ever to happen to her. She is doing OK and resting until she is due. She is aware of complications, but as of now doctors say she is OK ...

90's DIVA'S EVE & ASHANTI GOING ON TOUR



Ashanti and Eve are going on your together. The two 90’s divas will join rapper Ja Rule for the Urban Sounds Tour, which will kick off at the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney, Australia on January 11th. Subsequent stops will include Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.
Eve recently wrapped up a joint tour with Gwen Stephani, while Eve and Ja Rule spent most of 2016 touring together.
