Chris Brown got a special visit from his daughter Royalty when his tour rolled through Houston on Monday (March 16). The nine-month-old was joined her mother, former model Nia Guzman, and her half-sister (see photos here). According to TMZ, Royalty and family were picked up in a limo at a Houston hotel and taken to Chris’ tour bus, where Breezy got to spend some time with his little girl.
The big occasion saw the toddler dressed in yellow pants, a floral sweater and a mini pair of colourful Nike trainers. Tiny gold studs could be seen in her ears, while a gold bracelet hung on her wrist. Her model mother Nia Amey, 31, showed her post-baby body in a blue and white floral dress as she carried a baby blanket and a bottle of milk inside.
The “Loyal” singer posted a photo of his adorable daughter on Instagram before quickly deleting it.
“il y a,” he wrote. Chris and Trey Songz’ “Between the Sheets Tour” played Houston’s Toyota Center on Monday night. Their tour wraps Thursday in Hampton, Va.
Nearly four years since her last album The Light of the Sun, Jill Scott is gearing up to release her fifth album. Today she debuts the stirring video for the first offering, “You Don’t Know,” directed by Nzingha Stewart. Shot at Studio D in Nashville, the teary-eyed songstress belts out the soulful tune against the sultry setting, with Adam Blackstone on bass and fellow Philly native Questlove on drums.
The past couple years have been rough for Justin Bieber, but he showed the world that he can laugh at himself during Comedy Central’s “Roast of Justin Bieber,” which was taped on Saturday night. Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Shaquille O’Neal, Jeffrey Ross, and even Martha Stewart turned out to roast the pop sensation. Master of ceremonies Kevin Hart kicked off the hilarious evening. “Tonight we’re going to give what his parents and the legal system should have done years ago, we’re going to give this boy an ass-whoopin’,” said the Get Hard star.
Even his “Baby” collaborator Ludacris got in on the fun. “He may have turned 21, but Justin will always be a baby to me. Since babies piss everywhere and never know when to shut up,” said Luda, adding, “Justin Bieber wants to be black so bad, he’s actually seen Kevin Hart’s movies in theaters.”
Martha Stewart gave him advice for prison, a destination she called “inevitable,” and Will Ferrell roasted Bieber as Anchorman‘s Ron Burgundy, while his family and friends including Jaden Smith and Kendall Jenner looked on. At the end, Biebs got a chance to respond (“What do you get when you give a teenager $200 million? A bunch of has-beens calling you a lesbian for two hours”) and even apologized for his bad behavior.
“I’ve turned a lot of people off in the last few years. But I know I can still put out good music and turn everything all around,” he said. “You have my word—I will not end up broken, pathetic, bitter, or sitting on someone else’s roast. I’m at a moment of change. This is a new day.”
He then hopped on his private jet and flew to Vegas to celebrate his 21st birthday. “I’m going to Vegas…on my jet, bitch!” he announced. Comedy Central’s “Roast of Justin Bieber” airs March 30 at 10 p.m.
