Bishop Noel Jones and actress LisaRaye McCoy have indeed been dating, according to a new report, and their relationship is likely to be featured in the megachurch pastor's upcoming docu-series "Pastors of L.A." Stop laughing.

Sources who were privy to a private screening of the pilot for "Pastors of L.A." shared that the City of Refuge Church founder and pastor's relationship with McCoy is apparently a major part of the reality series, which is centered around the lives and careers of six prominent California ministers.

"I was really surprised that they were so open about their relationship. I heard the rumors that they had been dating, but all doubt was removed watching this show," the unidentified source reportedly told news outlets.

 "He basically told her that he wasn't sure she was 'Godly enough' for his world, and she in turn told him he may not be 'worldly enough' for hers," the person added, describing a scene in the pilot that showed Jones, 63, critiquing 46-year-old McCoy's church outfits. Jones, a divorced father of three who leads the City of Refuge Church in Gardena, Calif., was said in 2011 to be engaged to McCoy, who is preparing for season three of the popular VH1 scripted drama/comedy series "Single Ladies."

McCoy, previously married to Turks and Caicos Premier Michael Misick and mother to a daughter from a previous relationship, shot down the engagement rumors, telling her supporters on Twitter: 

"Come on come on y'all...IF I was engaged (you) would see a ring 1st of all AND that wouldn't (be) a secret (because) 1 would (be) happy (you) think?....Thanks."

The actress, however, did not deny being in a relationship with Jones, which apparently will be made public when "Pastors of L.A." premieres on the Oxygen Media in the fall. 

The ministers featured in the "authentic new docu-series" include: Bishop Noel Jones, who is brother of Grace Jones; former pastor and award-winning recording artist/songwriter Deitrick Haddon; Bishop Clarence McClendon, senior pastor of Full Harvest International Church; Pastor Wayne Chaney of Antioch Church of Long Beach; Bishop Ron M. Gibson of Life Church of God In Christ; and Jay Haizlip, lead pastor of The Sanctuary Church.

Pastors of L.A." joins a growing list of faith-based reality programs already on the air, such as BET's "The Sheards" and "Mary Mary" on WE tv. Both shows have shown success., while a similar program. Only time will tell how "Pastors of L.A." will fare in the booming but unpredictable reality show market. 

And Lisa Raye we salute you because this is what she does, all ways looking for the biggest fish in the pond.  And we bet all our coins that they will be engaged by the end of the year, but the pastor better be careful and put God before boobs ...were just saying!

FORMER DESTINY CHILD MEMBER LETOYA LUCKETT JOINS " VH1 SINGLE LADIES" CAST

Singer LeToya Luckett will be joining the cast of VH1’s hit show ‘Single Ladies’ when it returns for its third season in August.


LeToya will be joined by South African actress Lesley-Ann Brandt and Damien Wayans, who recently starred in the BET comedy ‘Second Generation Wayans,’ which LeToya also appeared in.

LeToya describes her upcoming role as one she is “familiar with”(she plays a record executive) and says fans may even get to hear her belt out a note or two.

Quiet as kept, LeToya has been beefing up her acting resume since 2010 when she landed a co-starring role in the Ashton Kutcher flick ‘Killers.’

Shortly thereafter LeToya landed the lead role in ‘Preacher’s Kid,’ HBO’s ‘Treme’ and the short lived comedy ‘For Richer Or Poorer.’

COACH PHIL JACKSON NEW BOOK COMPARES KOBE TO MICHAEL JORDAN...MJ IS A LEADER AND KOBE..?

Phil Jackson always has been hesitant to compare Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Until now. And it's no secret Kobe and Phil have never been the best of friends.

In his new book, co-written with Hugh Delehanty and entitled "Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success," Jackson breaks down what separated Jordan from Bryant, the biggest stars and personalities that he coached during his Hall of Fame career.

The Los Angeles Times, which received an advance copy of the 339-page book, provided some details of Jackson's Jordan and Bryant comparison.

In terms of advantages, the biggest that Jordan had over Bryant was leadership early in his career, according to Jackson.

Michael was masterful at controlling the emotional climate of the team with the power of his presence. Kobe had a long way to go before he could make that claim. He talked a good game, but he'd yet to experience the cold truth of leadership in his bones, as Michael had in his bones.

Jackson, who coached Jordan to six titles with the Chicago Bulls and Bryant to five with the Los Angeles Lakers, also compared the players' defensive skills and accuracy. Once again, Jackson sided with Jordan.

"No question, Michael was a tougher, more intimidating defender," Jackson writes. "He could break through virtually any screen and shut down almost any player with his intense, laser-focused style of defense."

Saying Bryant learned some of Jordan's defensive tricks, Jackson added: "In general, Kobe tends to rely more heavily on his flexibility and craftiness, but he takes a lot of gambles on defense and sometimes pays the price."

On offense, Jackson said: "Jordan was also more naturally inclined to let the game come to him and not overplay his hand, whereas Kobe tends to force the action, especially when the game isn't going his way. When his shot is off, Kobe will pound away relentlessly until his luck turns. Michael, on the other hand, would shift his attention to defense or passing or setting screens to help the team win the game."

Since word broke that Porsha Stewart of Real Housewives of Atlanta and former NFL star Kordell Stewart were divorcing, the situation went from worse to just straight ugly in a matter of months.

According to TMZ, Kordell just changed the locks on Porsha!

According to Porsha, Kordell has kept her out of the house on several occasions. These claims are supported by documents filed in a family court in Georgia. The Stewarts were able to cohabitate in the house until the divorce proceedings wrapped up, but now it looks like Kordell wants to hurry this along as soon as possible!

 Sources close to the couple say that Kordell ain’t playin’ games. He wants this divorce to be finalized like yesterday.


Porsha hasn’t given up just yet. According to the reports, Porsha has even initiated mediation sessions with Kordell, but he has not shown up to any. She also wants the courts to grant her use of their house or pay her enough money to find her a place of her own!

Porsha has not let this divorce slow her down at all. She recently filmed some scenes for comedian Rickey Smiley’s self-titled sitcom, which is currently in production for its second season.
