R.I.P. Gary Coleman Dies at 42

The once familiar line "What You Talking bout Willis" that was the famous line that made people laugh when they would tune into child star Gary Coleman 70's sitcom.whose later career was marred by medical and legal problems, has died after suffering an intercranial hemorrhage. He was 42.

Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank said life support was terminated and Coleman died at 12:05 p.m. MDT. Coleman, with his sparkling eyes and perfect comic timing, became a star after "Different Strokes" debuted in 1978. He played the younger brother in a pair of African-American siblings adopted by a wealthy white man. His popularity faded when the show ended after six seasons on NBC and two on ABC.

Coleman suffered continuing ill health from the kidney disease that stunted his growth and had a host of legal problems in recent years. Coleman suffered the hemorrhage Wednesday at his Santaquin home, 55 miles south of Salt Lake City.


A statement from the family said he was conscious and lucid until midday Thursday, when his condition worsened and he slipped into unconsciousness. Coleman was then placed on life support. Coleman leaves behind a wife.

Lil Wayne drops another Video that he made before he was escorted to the big house.  On  a rooftop of the Miami’s Marlin Hotel with rock band ¡Mayday! in the guerilla-style video for “Da Da Da,” one of four new videos from Rebirth premiering this Memorial Day weekend. 

Basketball Wives & Brandy And Ray J A Family Business Season 2 coming

Two other new reality shows “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business” and  Vh1 HIT “Basketball Wives” both get renewal as well.  I love both of these shows.  Both shows have had high and low ratings in there weeks of airing. Basketball wives which is the highest of the reality shows on Vh1 right now average about 1.34 million viewers since it's debut April 13. 

Also if you have been watching the show, Matt Barnes wife-to-be Gloria Govan will not participate. No word yet if Royce Reed will participate again. Not wasting any time VH1 will start filming this summer and they are looking to cast a few new ladies.  The finale will air on May 30Th and Basketball Wives the Reunion show will air on June 20Th.

Brandy And Ray J a family Business right at 1 million per week, still enough to give the green light for a second season through a Press Release, there finale will air  June 27Th.

Chilli Still Don't Know What She Wants....Season 2 Coming

Got keep the checks coming in. VH1’s reality show “What Chilli Wants,” which features  Atlanta's own TLC’s Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas seeking a man, has gotten a second season nod. I guess second season she can make an even bigger list since she will be getting a bigger check.

 The show averaged 1.3 million viewers in its freshman year on Sunday nights, a good figure for VH1. It was a consistent performer the past few weeks, though it drooped a bit versus the “Lost” finale for its first-season finale this past Sunday.  What Chilli wants season finale is this Sunday but what's the point of watching when you already know she still looking for another check man.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Ne Ne Has A New Gig

I find myself talking about the Housewives of ATL, because there 15 minutes of fame has been extended. We have to give Ne Ne leakes credit, she's the only one who has landed a real job out of the hair pulling, fake bag toting, new nose wearing, rented/foreclosed house living Bravo reality show Real Housewives of Atlanta. Love her or hate her sometime the louder you are does make people listen, and in this case Ne Ne new job consist of her Leakes “will be joining the 11Alive morning crew this summer. She’ll be bringing her fun and sense of humor to some great entertainment and feature segments,” the station said.

And like I stated in previous post Ne Ne has been making headlines due to her new "Holly-Hood" nose job. It’s unclear whether she’ll be discussing that on air, but if you miss her on WXIA you can catch her on Bravo.  “Her work at 11Alive will be documented by Bravo and part of the upcoming fall season of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ ” the station’s statement continued.  Life is good Stripper turned-wife-turned news anchor not a bad couple of years huh??  Read More Click Now

Pop star Nicole Scherzinger is the new champ on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.” The Pussycat Dolls performer edged Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek tonight.  Nicole became the first Pop Singer to win the glass mirror ball trophy. The judges had repeatedly said that Scherzinger was the best celebrity dancer in the show’s history.In the final round, Scherzinger went with a jive, and Lysacek chose a quickstep.
